In 2010, Leslie boldly launched Round Table Design, quickly gaining recognition for her modern eclectic style and exceptional service, with her work featured in Southern Living Magazine and D Home Magazine. With a background in art, fashion, and interior design, and experience working with companies like Garnet Hill and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, she expertly balances creativity with entrepreneurship, leading teams, managing national campaigns, and fostering strategic partnerships. Based in South Texas, Leslie continues to take on projects across Texas and beyond, bringing fresh inspiration and a distinctive touch to every space. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and draws inspiration from her travels to places like Morocco and Italy.

John Greco brings extensive experience in both construction trades and budgeting, with a deep understanding of the residential construction industry. His ability to assess the practical aspects of designs allows him to identify and resolve potential issues early, bridging the gap between beautiful design and construction realities. At RTD, John oversees financial matters such as billing, bidding, invoicing, and detailed reviews, ensuring fiscal considerations are seamlessly integrated into the design process. His collaborative approach makes him a trusted partner in delivering successful projects. In his free time, John enjoys fishing, hunting, or windsurfing in the Gulf of Mexico.

Since joining Round Table Design in 2016, Luka has played a key role in designing diverse housing and commercial projects, ranging from ground-up homes to custom furniture, always focusing on translating client needs into a cohesive, contemporary design. With a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, he is committed to developing detailed drawings for successful project execution. Outside of work, Luka balances his roles as a father, entrepreneur, and social activist, while dedicating his free time to building his die-cast collection and exploring motorsports history.

Kathleen joined Round Table Design in March 2022, bringing over two decades of experience in Client Service and Project Management. As RTD’s Buyer and internal Project Manager, she quickly embraced the challenges of a new industry with enthusiasm and dedication. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Kathleen ensures every item is accounted for and schedules stay on track, thriving in her role alongside creative colleagues despite not considering herself one. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her husband and dogs in Wisconsin, exploring BYOB restaurants in Chicago, gardening, and snowshoeing or skiing in the winter.

With eight years of architectural design experience, Dorotea serves as a Senior Visualization Artist at RTD, specializing in photorealistic renderings that capture the essence of each design. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad and is dedicated to bringing architectural visions to life with both precision and artistic flair. Outside of work, Dorotea enjoys hiking, spending time with her son, and crafting miniature objects, indulging her creativity in various forms.

A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Liberty University, Savannah is already making an impact with a year of professional experience. Her journey began with an internship while studying in Virginia, and now, as a full-time designer at Round Table, she works closely with clients, guiding them through every phase of their projects. Savannah focuses on creating spaces that feel like home—safe, inspiring, and restful. Outside of design, she enjoys hiking, creating art, and experimenting in the kitchen, always exploring new creative outlets.

Elizabeth, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, joined Round Table in 2024 after refining her design expertise in Nashville. With over three years of residential interior design experience, she excels in guiding clients from concept to completion, combining creativity with strategy for a seamless design process. Inspired by her family’s travels abroad, Elizabeth’s passion for design shines through in every project. Outside the studio, she enjoys the outdoors, whether fishing, hunting, or relaxing at the beach, embracing both adventure and tranquility as a proud South Texan.

Sara is a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for creative storytelling and brand development, excelling in crafting captivating visuals and leveraging digital channels to enhance brand presence. With experience working with luxury brands like BMW and Lexus, as well as high-end fashion and music labels, she brings a wealth of expertise to RTD. She ensures the firm’s brand identity remains cohesive across all platforms, managing the marketing of a high-end design firm with both professionalism and a sense of fun. Sara thrives on bridging creative vision and practical execution, especially within design-driven industries. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her son, traveling with friends, and spending time on the water.
