A dilapidated foreman’s house is transforming into an updated cozy farmhouse. The owners requested a guesthouse for overflow from the main ranch house. The interiors were completely demolished. The directive was a simple, comfortable farmhouse style that would need as little maintenance as possible for the years to come.
