Albany Peak Ranch House

The project scope is to bring the old house back to life from years of neglect. A freestanding porch and breezeway pergola are being added without interrupting the existing rooflines. The “country” kitchen will have new appliances, cabinet faces, hardware, lighting, and furnishings. The entire house will be updated with cosmetic finishes, paint, tile, and a new master bath.
